Job Description
Guaranteed $400 payout upon successfully clearing the full process — paid directly to you.
Incentives:

Requirements
Key Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience (top product companies preferred)
- Strong coding in Python, JavaScript (ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, or Go
- Experience building scalable, production-grade systems
- Strong understanding of software architecture, debugging, and code quality
- Ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated code
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience:
- Python: 2 years (Required)
- Rust (programming language): 2 years (Required)
- Go: 2 years (Preferred)
- JavaScript: 2 years (Preferred)
- Java: 2 years (Preferred)
