We are 5 Tool Productions, a video and event production company based in Boston, MA, specializing in A/V production for nationwide events. We are organizing a multi-day conference that includes general sessions, panels, and playback elements, followed by a secondary event at a nearby location on the final day. We need an experienced audio engineer (A1) to manage audio execution for the duration of the three-day event in Overland Park, United States. The role involves FOH mixing for panels, keynote speakers, and playback, wireless microphone management, and coordination with the overall A/V team. The expert will provide full audio support at both the main event and secondary location, and must be comfortable taking ownership of the audio for the event. Work will take place on-site, and support is available from our team throughout show days and setup. The venue is an exhibit hall with no carpeting, and the schedule spans April 27 to April 29, covering setup, event execution, and strike.
