Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and technically sharp Content Creator / Videographer to join our marketing team on an on-call basis. This is not a traditional videographer role; we need a hybrid profile who understands both content strategy and hands-on production execution. You’ll be key in scaling our social media content output, reducing turnaround times, and elevating quality across organic and paid content.

Responsibilities

• Film and produce content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta Ads
• Pitch creative ideas on set: hooks, storytelling formats, trend-based concepts
• Adapt current social media trends to brand-aligned content
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment (lavalier and shotgun mics)
• Work in varied environments: office, outdoors, and live events
• Deliver raw footage and/or basic edits depending on the project
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

Technical Requirements

• Experience shooting with professional cameras or high-end mobile devices (iPhone Pro or similar)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of lighting setups
• Proper audio handling: lavalier and shotgun microphones
• Video editing proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools

Creative & Strategic Profile

• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, viral content)
• Ability to translate trends into on-brand content
• Understanding of performance-driven content: retention, hooks, CTAs
• Creative sensibility for storytelling and dynamic formats

Key Requirements

• Fully bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
• Knowledge of El Paso’s local culture and market
• Understanding of the U.S. Latino community as a content audience

Additional Information

• Work Model: On-call availability — no fixed schedule
• Compensation: Pay per shoot day or per project
• Travel: Must be able to travel within El Paso
