Job Description

Are you ready for a season of focused marketing photo and video capture? Are you a videographer and photographer who has a sincere love for content creation? Are you adventurous and love showing up to new places? Are you located in the Seattle area?

We are looking for a talented and high-energy member to join our Traveling Media Team in 2026!

As a Seasonal Media Producer, you will be responsible for capturing impactful visual content for apartment community websites and marketing campaigns while traveling within a 200-mile radius. The position involves shooting 20-30 hours per week and interacting with on-site staff and residents.

You will complete a two-week training program, one week of which will be spent with our Media Team staff in Lincoln, NE. The season will run for five to seven months, starting as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Videography & Photography Experience: Experience shooting photography and videography content professionally with a strong working knowledge of professional mirrorless cameras (Canon preferred).
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work as part of a creative team to deliver high-quality and timely results.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change and make strong decisions while on the road.
• Consistency & Persistence: Ability to produce and return large quantities of impactful visual content in a timely manner.
• Adventurous Spirit: Willingness to travel regularly, typically within a 200-mile radius, with optional trips for further locations.
• Physical Capability: Valid driver’s license and vehicle transportation, ability to move up to 60 lbs. of equipment, and physical stamina for multiple hours of work.
• Customer Service Mindset: Strong customer service skills to provide a remarkable experience to clients.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of modern communication tools such as Zoom, Dropbox, Slack, and G-Suite, and ability to learn quickly.
