Job Description

Attune is a California-based telehealth mental health company on a mission to make high-quality, evidence-based therapy accessible. They are seeking creative, driven UGC (User Generated Content) creators and short-form video editors to produce and remix engaging content that brings Attune’s mission to life across various platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

In this role, you will create original UGC content that promotes mental health awareness and therapy accessibility, remix raw footage into compelling clips, and build your personal content brand while contributing to a meaningful mission.

Responsibilities

• Film and produce original short-form video content (talking head, voiceover, lifestyle, testimonial-style) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Edit and remix raw footage into engaging slideshows, clips, and videos using platform-native formats and trends.
• Follow Attune’s creative briefs while bringing your own voice, style, and creativity to each piece.
• Deliver content consistently that aligns with our brand tone: warm, authentic, destigmatizing, and accessible.
• Stay current on trending formats, audio, and creative styles across short-form platforms.
• Participate in periodic feedback sessions with the Attune content team to refine approach and performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts (portfolio or active account required).
• Strong on-camera presence and/or video editing skills.
• Comfortable working with creative briefs while expressing your own authentic style.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to deliver content on a consistent schedule.
• Passion for mental health, wellness, or healthcare topics - mission-driven attitude is important.

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal experience with therapy or mental health advocacy (lived experience is a strength, not a requirement).
• Familiarity with editing tools.
• Experience creating content for healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven brands.
• An existing engaged audience in mental health, self-improvement, or wellness spaces.

Compensation and Benefits

• $1 CPM accumulated across all verified views on approved content.
• $2,000 maximum earnings per creative asset.
