X.Wave Marketing is seeking an experienced Event Producer for a remote, contract-to-perm role. We are a creative agency producing brand activations, pop-ups, and campaign experiences for major consumer brands. The ideal candidate will own the full event production lifecycle – from interpreting creative briefs through flawless on-site execution, handling timelines, managing vendors, and ensuring every detail is covered. Strong organization skills, vendor management, and the ability to deliver solutions in fast-paced environments are essential. You should have demonstrated experience producing experiential and brand activation events for consumer-facing clients. This position offers the chance to work directly with our founding team, make an immediate impact, and help deliver memorable campaigns.
