Job Description

The Banyan Asian Grill is looking for a skilled Videographer/Photographer with strong editing skills to create high-quality content for social media, ads, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will capture the vibe of the restaurant, its food, and guests, transforming this into polished, scroll-stopping content. This role requires expertise in both shooting + post-production with a commitment to consistent delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer/photographer (portfolio required)
• Strong editing skills (examples of before/after or finished edits preferred)
• Comfortable shooting in low-light / nightlife / restaurant environments
• Ability to direct simple scenes (food pours, kitchen action, staff/guest moments)
• Reliable, professional, and easy to work with
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Responsibilities

• Film and photograph content for:
• Food/menu items (close-ups, plating, action shots)
• Restaurant atmosphere and branding
• Events, live moments, and guest experience
• Short-form social content (Reels/TikTok-style vertical video)
• Edit videos into finished deliverables (music, captions, transitions, color, pacing)
• Edit photos (color correction, cropping, retouching as needed)
• Help plan shot lists and content ideas based on upcoming promos/events
• Deliver content on time in the correct formats for Instagram/Facebook and ads
• Maintain organized file delivery (Google Drive/Dropbox folders, labeled exports)

Tools & Skills (Preferred)

• Editing software experience (any of the following):
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• CapCut (if you can still make it look premium)
• Photo editing: Lightroom and/or Photoshop
• Own camera + lenses + basic lighting/audio gear (preferred)
• Experience creating content for restaurants, nightlife, or hospitality is a plus

Schedule & Location

• On-site shoots in West Palm Beach (332 Banyan Blvd)
• Flexible scheduling; some nights/weekends may be needed for events
