Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Oracle/ETL Database Developer with strong experience in data integration, analytics, and cloud-based data solutions. This role requires a highly skilled professional capable of designing and optimizing ETL processes while supporting enterprise-level data initiatives.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in ETL development and database engineering
• Strong expertise with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and data integration processes
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Power BI
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database) preferred
• Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Experience in data modeling, database design, and administration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in agile environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes aligned with enterprise data integration needs
• Design, develop, test, and document ETL workflows and programs
• Perform data mapping from source systems to data warehouses
• Develop and maintain logical and physical data models
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Configure and maintain analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
• Utilize Azure tools (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database) for data integration
• Conduct data validation, integrity checks, and performance optimization
• Document processes and manage source control
• Provide training and support to stakeholders
• Stay updated on ETL, analytics, and cloud data trends

Additional Information

Position Title: Oracle/ETL Database Developer

Location: Woburn, Massachusetts (Hybrid – Tuesday to Thursday onsite)

Pay Range: $69–$79/hr
