Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus, demonstrating strong communication skills and customer service aptitude.
• Proven ability to manage social media accounts and create engaging content in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data collection tools or analytics platforms to track viewer metrics and campaign performance.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse audiences effectively.
• Strong public speaking skills with the confidence to present products clearly and enthusiastically.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and branding strategies to promote products confidently during live streams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to deliver compelling messages and foster audience loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions across social media platforms, showcasing products and engaging viewers in real-time.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
• Interact with viewers through chat, answering questions and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits effectively.
• Manage social media accounts by posting updates, responding to comments, and growing online presence.
• Collect data on viewer engagement and feedback to optimize future streams and marketing strategies.
• Assist in event marketing efforts by promoting upcoming live sessions and special campaigns.
