Job Description
NYC-based pop artist seeking a mixing and mastering engineer to help finalize and elevate my music. Looking for someone detail-oriented with a strong ear who can bring clarity, balance, and a polished, competitive sound to each track. The ideal candidate will go beyond the technical side, adding creative touches, effects, and ideas to make the final track feel polished and unique. Open to both experienced engineers and emerging talent with strong skills and taste.
Requirements
- Experience with mixing and mastering (pop/R&B preferred)
- Strong ear for balance, clarity, and vocal presence
- Ability to deliver clean, industry-quality mixes
- Open to feedback and revisions
- Reliable and responsive communication

Compensation
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
