Job Description
We are partnering with a fast-growing tech company building a large-scale digital platform used in hospital environments across Europe. This product is complex, multi-layered, and mission-critical, where great UX is not just about usability, but about reducing friction in high-stakes workflows. We are looking for a UX Designer to help shape and scale the experience of this platform, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and real customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a scalable Figma design system for a complex, multi-feature product.
- Design end-to-end user flows that simplify highly complex workflows.
- Translate technical and business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Build and iterate on interactive prototypes to validate ideas early and often.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation.
- Engage directly with customers to co-create and refine solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX / Product Designer in complex or enterprise-level products.
- Strong expertise in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and Design Thinking.
- Ability to design clear flows, micro-interactions, and detailed UI states.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes for validation and demos.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B or enterprise software environments.
- Familiarity with front-end constraints (e.g. React, component-based systems).
- Experience conducting user interviews or usability testing.
