Job Description

We are partnering with a fast-growing tech company building a large-scale digital platform used in hospital environments across Europe. This product is complex, multi-layered, and mission-critical, where great UX is not just about usability, but about reducing friction in high-stakes workflows. We are looking for a UX Designer to help shape and scale the experience of this platform, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and real customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve a scalable Figma design system for a complex, multi-feature product.
• Design end-to-end user flows that simplify highly complex workflows.
• Translate technical and business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Build and iterate on interactive prototypes to validate ideas early and often.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation.
• Engage directly with customers to co-create and refine solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX / Product Designer in complex or enterprise-level products.
• Strong expertise in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and Design Thinking.
• Ability to design clear flows, micro-interactions, and detailed UI states.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes for validation and demos.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B or enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with front-end constraints (e.g. React, component-based systems).
• Experience conducting user interviews or usability testing.
