Job Description

The agency is dedicated to supporting healthy lives in healthy communities, employing over 3,400 staff across 100 locations. The selected individual will play a crucial role in converting agency forms into the automation software OpenText LiquidOffice as part of the Office of Information Technology. The main goals include assisting remote agency staff and supporting a paperless environment while adhering to compliance with federal and state laws. The role will also involve developing digital forms, workflows, and implementing business rules while ensuring IT security standards are followed. Candidates must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to foster productive relationships across various organizational levels.

Requirements

Candidates must possess:

• 3+ Years of Experience with Form Designs, Automation, Workflow, and processing in E-Forms Solutions
• 3+ Years of Experience with System Administration of an E-Form System
• 3+ Years of Experience with common Electronic Document Formats
• 3+ Years of Experience with Document Import Process
• 3+ Years of Experience with Document Setup and workflow into EDM Systems
• 3+ Years of Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
• 3+ Years of Experience with Microsoft SQL Databases

Preferred skills include:

• OpenText LiquidOffice E-Forms
• OpenText ApplicationXtender

Education requirement: A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. No specific certifications are required.

Additional Information

Remote work is possible, with a schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week. The position requires flexibility in hours as it may demand work outside traditional business hours for system deployments. Contractors must be onsite weekly, and all source code developed will remain the property of the South Carolina Department of Public Health. The payment rate is capped at $97.00 per hour, not to exceed the agreed rate as specified in contract terms. The selected personnel must sign confidentiality agreements.
