Job Description

Rockesh Inc. is a Los Angeles based real estate developer focused on the design, construction, and renovation of high-end residential properties. We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Rendering and Interior Visualization Specialist with strong design sensibility and experience in high-end residential work. This role goes beyond visualization; it involves shaping interiors, refining materials, and contributing to sourcing decisions. The ideal candidate will possess both technical execution and taste, creating compelling, photoreal visuals that translate into real-world materials, furnishings, and environments.

Scope of Work

· Produce high-quality, photoreal interior renderings for client presentations, marketing, and internal use.

· Develop animations, walkthroughs, and short form visual content as needed.

· Translate architectural drawings, references, and direction into accurate 3D environments.

· Collaborate on interior design direction, including material palettes, finishes, furniture layouts, and lighting.

· Source finishes, furnishings, and materials aligned with the design vision when needed.

· Research and communicate with vendors, obtain quotes, samples, and timelines.

· Iterate quickly based on feedback from principals and stakeholders.

· Utilize AI tools to support concepting, iteration, and post-production workflows.

Requirements

· Proven experience in high-end residential 3D rendering with a strong portfolio.

· Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max with V Ray and/or Corona.

· Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and spatial composition.

· Ability to work from architectural plans and translate into accurate visualizations.

· Experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Krea, or similar in a real workflow.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly.

· Based in Los Angeles or able to travel for occasional site visits if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

· Background in interior design or architecture.

· Experience sourcing furniture, materials, or finishes, especially internationally.

· Existing vendor relationships in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, or China.

· Comfortable communicating with international vendors and navigating sourcing logistics across regions.

· Fluency in at least one additional language beyond English. Ukrainian, Russian, Mandarin, Italian, or Spanish is a strong plus for direct vendor communication.

· Experience with animation tools such as After Effects or Premiere.

· Familiarity with construction drawings and build processes.
