Job Description

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and more. The company values a fun culture and aims to bless the communities it serves. NDP is committed to excellence, ensuring the best experience for both customers and team members.

The position involves working with a team of professional and reliable “Media Pros” who represent the NDP brand and achieve high-quality media results. The role offers flexible hours and the potential to increase photography and media experience. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each property taking between 40-120 minutes. They are hired as part-time independent contractors and are compensated per service, with additional travel compensation.

Requirements

The ideal candidates should possess experience in photography or videography, although real estate photography experience is not required as training will be provided. Key requirements include:

• Professional interaction skills with clients and homeowners
• Consistent punctuality for scheduled shoots
• Professional attire during shoots
• Ability to upload media before 9 PM on the day of the shoot
• Flexible schedule
• Up-to-date Google calendar with availability
• Capability to drive for 30-40% of the workday
• Consistency in following NDP standards and shoot flow
• Effective communication with clients during shoots
• Regular communication with the Local Owner and operations team
• Willingness to study and test for Part 107 certification
• Openness to receiving regular feedback and training

Experience

• Photography: 1 year (Preferred)
• Videography: 1 year (Preferred)

Equipment List

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera capable of shooting 5 brackets
• Wide-angle lens such as:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm lens OR
• Full-frame sensor camera with a 16-35mm lens
• Tripod with a ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation
• High-speed internet

Additional Opportunities

Media Pros who demonstrate a passion for people and NDP may have additional income opportunities available as a brand ambassador for NDP.
