About Us:

Full Rack Barbecue is a fast-paced, takeout-focused BBQ restaurant known for quality food and a strong local following. We are looking for someone who can turn what we do every day into content that drives attention and sales.

Position Overview:

We’re hiring a hands-on content creator to handle social media from start to finish—filming, editing, posting, and managing. This role is for someone who understands how to make food content perform, not just look good.

Responsibilities

  • Film short-form video content on-site (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
  • Edit content with strong hooks, pacing, and captions
  • Post consistently across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Capture BBQ prep, finished food, behind-the-scenes, and daily operations
  • Bring content ideas that drive engagement and traffic
  • Track what works and adjust

Planning, Organization & Execution

  • Must demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills
  • Expected to plan content ahead of each shoot (not just show up and film randomly)
  • Develop a clear content plan for each visit, with specific shots and ideas in mind
  • Capture footage with intent—each clip should serve a purpose in a finished piece of content
  • Ability to batch content efficiently during shoot days to maximize output
  • Maintain a structured workflow for editing, posting, and scheduling content

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating content for brands (food/restaurant preferred)
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Understanding of social media trends and performance
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Must be able to come on-site regularly
  • Portfolio required

Compensation

  • Contract-based (monthly or per-content package)

Pay: $1,200.00 - $4,600.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Saint Clair Shores, MI 48080
