Vocal Performance Coach for Private Music Studio (Afrobeats / Pop)Urgent

Music Producer is needed in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

I’m building a private, in-person music production system focused on Afrobeats, pop, and global crossover sounds. I’m looking for a vocal performance coach to work directly inside studio recording sessions and help artists deliver high-quality, emotionally strong vocal performances. This is a hands-on role inside a fast-paced creative environment, not an online teaching or classroom setup. You will be responsible for directing vocal performance during recording sessions in real time, coaching artists on delivery, tone, pitch, and emotional expression, and helping shape how vocals are performed for recording. The goal is to improve consistency and the quality of vocal takes. Collaboration with producers and engineers will be required to achieve record-ready vocals. The right candidate must have experience in studio environments and a strong understanding of vocal performance, with the ability to provide fast, actionable feedback. Knowledge of Afrobeats, pop, or contemporary music is important.
