Job Description
SunSoft Online has an active opportunity for a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst with the Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZDES). This is a primarily remote, long-term 2-year contract role.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop reports using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel
- Create Journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email/SMS
- Extract, clean, transform and validate data
- Write queries using SQL, MS Access and DB2
- Build RPA BOTs using UI Path
- Develop ad-hoc and standard reports for technical and non-technical audiences
- Write SSIS packages and coordinate production implementation
Requirements
Required Skills:
- SQL experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- BI tools — Tableau, Power BI, Excel
- Strong communication skills
Preferred:
- UI Path / RPA experience
- DB2 experience
