Job Description

We are seeking an experienced voice actor to contribute to the evolution of AI through the enhancement of large-scale language models and speech technologies. The focus will be on creating high-quality training data to enable more natural and engaging voice experiences in various domains including education, entertainment, and accessibility. Your voice expertise will play a pivotal role in powering the next generation of AI.

Your responsibilities will include recording scripted materials in Japanese, assessing AI-generated outputs for linguistic accuracy and naturalness, annotating errors, and collaborating with the team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and voice design guidelines.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in professional voice acting, dubbing, narration, or related performance work in Japanese is mandatory. Additionally, experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is advantageous. Candidates must possess clear communication skills and a keen attention to detail. A high-quality recording setup, including a reliable microphone and a quiet environment, is also required.

Additional Information

The contract position offers a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the final rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Note that as a contractor, you will need to provide a secure computer, high-quality microphone and recording setup, and a stable internet connection. Company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
