Job Description

The assistant will gain valuable experience and education while shadowing and video recording individuals for a certain number of hours each week. Phavur is looking for a passionate individual who is available during the daytime and evenings and is enthusiastic about creativity. This role includes exposure to real estate, marketing, and entrepreneurship events. Responsibilities include recording videos, managing and assisting at networking events around the Houston and Austin areas, as well as the opportunity to travel within the USA for work. Additionally, the role involves organizing meetings, trips, and company events, as well as acting as a liaison during negotiations. The successful candidate will work directly with senior staff to create marketing videos, develop marketing materials, and assist with the implementation of new programs and procedures.

Requirements

• Availability during the day and evenings.
• Passion for creativity.
• Ability to work 10 - 32 hours per week.
• Experience or interest in video management.
• Basic understanding of editing and posting Instagram reels and TikTok videos (primarily clipping and captioning).
• Willingness to learn how to set and meet goals.
• Interest in effective product or service marketing.
