AIR® Aerial Fitness is a dynamic and modern fitness brand that combines yoga, Pilates, and aerial conditioning to deliver a fun and challenging full-body workout. We’re growing our brand presence and are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to help us elevate our content and engage our community.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Marketing Associate with a passion for fitness and experience working with lifestyle or wellness brands. This role is ideal for a marketing student, recent graduate, or freelancer looking to gain hands-on experience in the fitness industry. You’ll support the creation and execution of marketing materials across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Design and distribute physical flyers for promotions and events
• Draft and send email campaigns
• Video editing for social media use
• Assist in developing marketing content and visuals for both digital and print use
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Support special promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (internships count!)
• Familiarity with Canva a plus
• Video editing experience
• Strong understanding of fitness or wellness brands
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• A personal interest in health, fitness, or aerial arts is a plus!

Additional Information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
