Videographer is needed in Lisbon, Portugal.

We are seeking a videographer and photographer to capture authentic, in-office content for our growing B2B software company, Solen Software Group, based in Lisbon, Portugal. The project involves shooting high-quality B-roll video of the office environment, team interactions, and daily operations, as well as candid photography that highlights natural, non-staged moments. Light headshots that are approachable and not overly formal are also required, along with short on-site interviews where clean audio is captured. Candidates must have a strong portfolio showcasing both videography and photography work, experience directing shoots with minimal disruption, and skill with basic audio setup for interviews. You must use your own camera, lenses, lighting, and microphones. Deliverables include both edited video clips and raw footage, plus a curated set of high-quality images appropriate for web, social media, and recruiting materials. The timing is flexible, likely a 1–2 day shoot on-site, with potential for ongoing work if the initial project goes well.
