Job Description

As a Senior Data Engineer – Data Platform & Azure, you will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing scalable data platforms to improve data quality and management. Your role involves structuring data into a well-architected, scalable ecosystem and developing robust data pipelines for storing, processing, and retrieving data from multiple sources. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and analysts to deliver impactful data solutions while implementing best practices and methodologies. Continuous optimization of platform performance, reliability, and data accessibility will also be a key focus, along with staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and market trends.

Requirements

You should bring:

• 10+ years of overall experience in data engineering and data platform development
• Strong expertise in Apache Spark, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory
• Proven experience in data management, data modeling, and building scalable data architectures
• Hands-on experience with large-scale distributed data systems
• Strong understanding of data ingestion, transformation, and storage techniques
• Experience in cross-functional, agile, or product-based environments

You should possess the ability to:

• Design efficient and scalable data pipelines and architectures
• Manage and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability
• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions
