Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of statistical modelling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series), and experimental design.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or similar distributed computing frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into actionable data science solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with a proven ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Qualifications
• Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Publications in reputable conferences or journals in data science or related fields.
