Assistant for Thinking & Narrative — Short-Form Series Project [Urgent]

Story Producer is needed in Barcelona, Spain.

I’m looking for someone to work directly with me on the development, structuring, and execution of a narrative content series, primarily in short- and mid-length audiovisual formats. This role sits between creative thinking, narrative judgment, and hands-on execution, and requires ongoing conversations and exposure to personal and live creative processes. The series draws on autobiographical material, exploring topics like identity, freedom, neurodivergence, experiences related to prison, and unconventional forms of coexistence. The project involves processing and organizing ideas, translating them into concrete narrative structures, providing real-time creative support, helping with outlines and scripts, basic video editing, and organizing scattered materials. Sensitivity to intimate and challenging themes is crucial, and a strong conversational and analytical ability is required. All work must be conducted in Spanish, with a hybrid in-person (Sant Cugat del Vallès) and remote working approach.
