We are a company looking for a music producer and engineer proficient in piano, guitar, bass, and drums. The ideal candidate should have strong engineering skills and be willing to travel to our home studio in Carmel, IN to work on-site. Initially, the producer/engineer will collaborate on our founder’s album, and with success, will be given opportunities to work with more clients in in-home sessions. Our mission is to build a record label, The Real World Exit, and foster a vibrant music scene in Carmel. You will work directly with a passionate musician and open-mic host who brings corporate experience and a creative vision to this growing project.
