The land is triangular, so the design will need to be customized to fit the unusual shape. The house should include 3 bedrooms, 2 walk-in robes, 2 ensuites, an additional bathroom, a theater room, a study nook, and a 2-car garage. The total living area, including the garage, should be around 200 square meters. As this will be our first family home, I want the design to feel personal and suited to our needs. The work can be done fully remotely, and I am seeking a residential architect for a short engagement of a day or two to consult on the design.
