Videographer needed for music video end scene, running themed, Buenos Aires [Urgent]

Videographer is needed in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

I am looking for a videographer based in Buenos Aires for an end scene shoot for an upcoming music video by an American singer. The concept involves filming the artist as they arrive in Argentina after a symbolic run from North America, with shots of them running through Buenos Aires capturing authentic Argentinian locations, nature, and local village life. You will help select the best locations, and may need to interact with locals in Spanish to get them involved as happy fans or participants in background shots. Ideally, you can arrange group shots, such as crowds or children running with the artist for dynamic scenes. Aerial shots with a drone or elevated positions are a plus, as well as tracked shots alongside a moving vehicle. Filming will take place this Thursday, and potentially Friday if a delay occurs. English proficiency is required, knowledge of the area is important, and being able to involve locals is a strong asset. After shooting, I will need all raw files; you can use your own camera or my Canon EOS M50 Mark II. Shooting will be in at least 4K at 23.976 fps. This is simply for an END scene of an upcoming music video for an American singer and shouldn’t take long. It is running themed and the concept is that the runner ran from North America all the way to South America in Argentina where they arrived. You will be filming a few shots of them running through Buenos Aires based on what you think is the best look for “authentic” Argentina, nature, village life, etc. We can drive somewhere close you suggest if needed. I’m not sure about the area or location but trust that you will know best. After that the character stops and takes out their phone and makes a “video face time call” to someone they started a “run/race” with in Chicago, they’re talking excited saying that they somehow made it to Argentina, etc. And then after a bit they start running again far and away as the music video ends. Shooting should be THIS Thursday in 2 days. If delays happen somehow and we can not we may go to Friday, but not likely yet - so focus on being available this Thursday.

You must be able to speak English, know the area, and must be a people person able to help talk to some of the locals in Spanish, get them involved for small quick fun moments if needed.

Shots I would like to achieve if possible:

• If we can get some locals to play along too and act like “happy fans” and hop in the background of the selfie video call and sing along to some of the words of the song, “run like John did, run like Paul did” for a few seconds, it would be great.

• If we can get those same people or a large crowd of people, school kids on a field trip or break, kids or people from a local church you may know of, to “run” with the character for a little bit, sort of like chasing and running behind him as he’s running (like in Forrest Gump) that would be great and a great shot. If your people skills could get people or kids involved like that it would be helpful.

• If we can get some quick aerial shots of the running that would be a plus, either with a drone (preferred) or from the rooftop of a building.

• If we can get some tracked shots of the running from a moving vehicle or motor cart, etc. It would be a big plus. It’s not needed, but it may be nice to have a shot where the camera moves along with the runner. Again, not needed, but if possible it would be nice.

You will be directed on what shots are needed, and after shooting you will please give all raw files to me via my HD. I have with me a Canon EOS M50 Mark II you can use if needed, if your camera is not as good as this one it can be used exclusively. Will be shooting in at least 4K, and must be 23.976 fps. If you can shoot in higher quality you can, just let me know.

Please let me know what camera(s) you have that you will be using, a website link or something similar as a portfolio to work you’ve previously shot, and any other questions or comments. This shoot should not take long as it’s just the end of a music video, but we can have some fun with it and make it awesome and I trust that you will too! If it takes longer and we do more somehow you will be compensated more.

The schedule is tight so we need to shoot on this Thursday, in 2 days. If somehow we absolutely can not, we will try to make it work on Friday. But aim for THIS Thursday.
