Courthouse Wedding Video: Color Grading & Enhancement (Indoor/Fluorescent Lighting)

I’m looking for a skilled colorist to enhance a short indoor iPhone video, about 4 minutes long, filmed in harsh fluorescent lighting. The main focus is to achieve accurate, natural skin tones, remove any color casts, balance color and contrast, and improve depth while keeping the footage looking realistic.

The video includes movement, so color grading and stabilization should be consistent without heavy cropping or distortion. There are minor distractions such as people and seating in the background, so subtle reframing or minimizing these distractions would be helpful, but any repositioning should appear natural.

The project requires expertise in secondary color corrections using qualifiers, masks, and node-based grading. I would also like to start with an 8-second sample clip to see what’s achievable before proceeding with the full project. I’m seeking someone who is patient, communicative, and comfortable working with imperfect footage.
