Job Description

This is a remote position for the role of Content Creator at Career Bridge Foundation. The position is a fixed-term contract for 3 months, with the potential for renewal. The role is based in Nigeria and offers a compensation of ₦75,000/month, along with a post-contract upgrade pathway. You will report to the Head of Operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop marketing content (including blog posts, email sequences, lead magnets, and the 60-day content vault) and support simulation content for portfolio simulations across nine disciplines. As the originator of the Career Bridge content engine, you will be creating the raw material that Content Specialists will distribute and stylize. This role requires versatility in writing, moving between marketing and instructional design voices, allocating approximately 60% of your time to marketing content and 40% to simulation support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of content writing or instructional design experience
• Strong written English with a versatile voice — able to write conversational marketing copy and rigorous instructional content
• A portfolio of content work to share
• Comfortable with structured frameworks (rubrics, scenario design, learning outcomes)
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple parallel content streams
• Genuine interest in education, capability development, or HR tech

What You’ll Do

• Draft blog posts, email sequences, lead magnets, and content vault assets aligned with the Career Bridge brand voice
• Support the founder in developing simulation scenarios, including researching real-world contexts, drafting prompts, and sense-checking rubrics
• Provide raw material to LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta Specialists for platform-specific adaptation
• Maintain the content calendar and asset library in ClickUp
• Contribute to a target of 6+ marketing content pieces and 1+ simulation development cycle per month
