Event Photographer/Videographer
Videographer is needed in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
We are looking for a freelance photographer/videographer to cover a two-day corporate event at Windsor Barra Convention Center in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on June 16–17, 2026. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of the event, including key moments such as presentations, networking sessions, booth activities, and attendee interactions. You should be able to work independently while coordinating with our team onsite and deliver content in an organized and timely way. Deliverables include raw photo and video files, selected edited event photos, one professionally edited two-minute event highlight video, and short-form video clips for social media. Experience in event photography and videography is required, along with professional equipment and strong editing skills. Please provide a portfolio showing previous event work. English communication and prior experience with corporate events are preferred.
