What You’ve Done

• You’ve been involved in complex, large-scale web technology projects.
• You’ve mentored and guided less experienced developers in best practices.
• You have built complex custom WordPress plugins and themes from scratch.
• You are experienced with PHP, WordPress, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• You’ve created custom Gutenberg blocks and extensions for the editing experience.
• You’ve utilized performance monitoring tools for diagnosing production issues.
• You have developed for enterprise WordPress hosting platforms and understand their coding standards and workflows.

What You’ll Do at XWP

• Contribute to estimations and participate in Agile Scrum processes.

• Champion engineering best practices, including writing and reviewing tests.
• Develop custom WordPress plugins and maintain performance standards.
