Job Description
Position: Junior UGC Content Creator
Location: Kawaii Corner, Lynnhaven Mall — Virginia Beach, VA
Type: Part-Time, Hourly
Pay: $13.50/hr to start, with raises based on performance
Commitment: As-needed, typically 2-3 shoots per week
Kawaii Corner is an experiential retail store for Japanese character goods, plushies, blind boxes, and pop culture collectibles. This role involves producing a high volume of UGC-style short-form video for Instagram and TikTok as on-camera talent, portraying various roles in the content.
Requirements
- Availability for scheduled filming days
- Ability to take direction during shoots
- Willingness to play simple, recurring roles (e.g., excited customer, friendly store worker)
- No prior experience required; will teach necessary skills
- Must sign a standard talent release before filming
