Job Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to support a client in the construction and real estate industry. This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and experienced in producing engaging content across multiple social media platforms.

The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating, editing, publishing, and managing content that supports the client’s brand presence online. This role requires strong skills in video editing, graphic design, copywriting, social media management, and content planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and publish high-quality social media content, including images, videos, reels, stories, blogs, and platform-specific posts

• Create video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Ensure all content aligns with the client’s brand guidelines, tone, and messaging

• Schedule, post, and monitor engagement across multiple social media platforms

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and brainstorm creative ideas

• Track content performance, review analytics, and provide recommendations for improvement

• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices

• Manage multiple daily content-related tasks while maintaining consistency and quality

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role

• Portfolio demonstrating social media content, video editing, design, or copywriting work

• Strong video editing, graphic design, and copywriting skills

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms

• Strong understanding of branding and social media content strategy

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks daily

• Creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent
