Job Description

We are looking for a creative and reliable local individual to help transform an office space into a modern podcast/streaming/content studio for real estate media content. This is a simple creator-style setup, not a large corporate production studio.

The responsibilities include:

• Studio layout ideas
• TV/screen setup
• Lighting placement
• Camera positioning
• Creating a podcast/streaming atmosphere
• Simple audio/video setup
• Organizing the space for recording and streaming
• Creating a clean, modern, welcoming visual environment

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience with various setups such as:

• Podcast setups
• YouTube or streaming setups
• Content creator studios
• Video/podcast environments
• Home studio projects
• Creative media spaces

This project may involve:

• Choosing equipment
• Setting up lights and TV monitors
• Creating a warm “Netflix/HGTV-style” content atmosphere
• Assisting with basic streaming setup (StreamYard/Zoom/etc.)
• Making the space visually appealing and functional

Experience requirements include:

• Content creator studio setup: 3 years (Required)
• Podcast or streaming setup: 2 years (Required)
• Content creation or streaming setup: 2 years (Required)

Language requirement: Spanish (Preferred)

Important: Looking for someone LOCAL who can physically visit the office space and help with setup in person.

Additional Information

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
