Job Description

Verona Creative Marketing is growing, and we’re looking for a results-driven SEO/AI Specialist to join our team. This is a remote, contract-based, part-time, per project opportunity for someone who lives and breathes SEO + AI and can prove it. If you love data, strategy, and seeing your work translate into measurable client success, this role is for you.

As our SEO/AI Specialist, you’ll take ownership of client SEO + AI projects from strategy through execution.

Requirements

We want a specialist who is proactive, detail-oriented, and can confidently demonstrate results. Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) managing successful SEO/AI campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO + AI principles, from technical to content optimization and link strategies.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Comfort with AI tools and platforms to support smarter, faster, more effective SEO strategies.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate numbers into clear insights and strategies.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, and site architecture.
• Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills-- you’ll be explaining results and recommendations, as well as providing reports directly to our team and, sometimes, clients.
