Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, on-camera content creator to film engaging, scroll-stopping videos for TikTok-style ads. You should be comfortable filming yourself, following simple concepts, and delivering natural, authentic content that converts.

Responsibilities

• Film short-form videos (5–30 seconds) for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
• Follow provided scripts or create your own variations
• Deliver multiple takes, hooks, and angles per concept
• Record clear audio and clean visuals using your phone or camera
• Bring energy, personality, and authenticity to each video
• Submit raw footage (editing is a plus but not required)

Requirements

• Comfortable on camera with strong presence and personality
• Ability to deliver natural, non-scripted, UGC-style content
• Understanding of TikTok trends, hooks, and storytelling
• Good lighting, framing, and audio quality
• Ability to follow direction and hit deadlines

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience creating TikTok ads or UGC content
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Ability to improvise hooks or test different angles

Deliverables

• 2–5 video variations per concept
• Multiple hooks per video (first 2–3 seconds matter most)
• Raw footage + optional edited versions
