We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer - HRSD who is eager to experience, grow, and contribute while earning at least 10% above the market. Location: Only Hyderabad (Relocation to Hyderabad is acceptable)

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Candidates should possess hands-on experience in various HR functionalities and adhere to ServiceNow best practices and CSDM standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ServiceNow HRSD applications including:
  • HR Case Management
  • Employee Center & Employee Center Pro
  • Lifecycle Events
  • HR Knowledge Management
  • Build and enhance personalized, role-based employee portals for improved self-service experience.
  • Develop dynamic HR Service Catalogs with:
  • Intuitive request forms
  • Contextual help
  • Automated fulfillment workflows
  • Maintain integrations with enterprise systems like SuccessFactors, Payroll systems, identity management tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and CSDM.
  • Support platform upgrades, maintenance, and deployment activities.
  • Document configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Implement secure role-based access controls and HR compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD-related incidents and performance issues.
  • Continuously optimize HR workflows and employee self-service capabilities.
