Job Description

Digital Brand Designer

You are a creative, consumer-focused digital designer with a passion for building engaging brand experiences across social, ecommerce, email, and web. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a strong eye for design, typography, layout, and storytelling. You understand how to create compelling digital content that drives engagement, strengthens brand identity, and supports business goals.

Location: San Rafael, Hybrid - Remote – 2 Days Onsite Weekly

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Assignment Length: 5 Weeks

This Position Pays: $35–38/hr

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years of digital graphic design experience in retail, ecommerce, or consumer packaged goods
• Strong portfolio showcasing social, email, ecommerce, and digital campaign work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign
• Experience with photography and photo retouching
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and digital best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and openness to feedback

What You Will Be Doing

• Design digital creative for social media, email campaigns, ecommerce, websites, and retail platforms
• Develop engaging visual campaigns that increase brand awareness and audience engagement
• Translate marketing objectives into high-performing creative assets
• Create scalable asset systems that work across multiple digital touchpoints
• Support organic and paid social campaigns with innovative, platform-specific creative
• Design branded sales and marketing materials including pitch decks, sell sheets, brochures, and promotional assets
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Community teams on campaign development
• Incorporate video-first and motion-forward thinking into creative concepts
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and visual guidelines
