Job Description

Styles Dj Services LLC is seeking a professional wedding DJ and MC with at least 15 years of experience in the wedding industry. This part-time, on-call position primarily requires availability on Friday and Saturday nights. The ideal candidate must be able to coordinate events, present to large crowds with a good speaking voice, and maintain a professional appearance in business attire.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work Saturday nights.
• DJ experience is a requirement.
• Proficiency in MacBook and laptop computers, with ability to use music programs such as Serato, Virtual DJ, and iTunes.
• Extensive music knowledge of past and present across all genres from the 1960s to today.
• Marketing and sales skills are essential.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no prior DWI offenses.
• Experience in presenting and business organization is required.
• Must have a good speaking voice to engage large audiences.

Additional Information

This position is part-time and temporary, with pay ranging from $13.00 to $35.00 per hour. Applicants should answer the following questions: “How long have you been a DJ and what events have you done in the past? Why do you want to be a wedding DJ in New Mexico?”

Work location is primarily on the road.
