Job Description

The Greenville SC Aeronautics site is seeking an independent freelance photographer/videographer‐camera operator to document the production, sustainment, and flights of various aircraft, as well as event-related activities at the facility. The contractor will coordinate with various teams to capture high‐resolution photos and video on location and deliver assets that meet internal and external customer needs while adhering to safety, security, and export-control protocols.

Key deliverables include raw and edited photo sets, raw video footage, and final edited videos as required on a per-project basis. Assets must be stored in the site’s media repository with proper metadata, and timely responses to time‐critical shoots are essential. Potential projects encompass flight photography/videography, static product placement, studio photography, event photography/videography, industrial or engineering process video shoots for training, and participation in high-level events and projects.

Requirements

The contractor must possess at least five years of photography/video experience, proficiency with high‐end camera systems, both on- and off-camera lighting equipment, and post‐production editing tools (Adobe/DaVinci). The contractor must also be able to provide personal equipment that meets Client standards. Performance metrics will include on-time delivery, quality ratings, compliance with safety and security regulations, and overall client satisfaction. All media produced will be the exclusive property of the Client, with confidentiality and indemnification obligations extending beyond the contract term.

Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and if applicable, medical screenings (i.e., vision, hearing, or physical) if required by the Client.
