Job Description

This is a remote, full‑time role for an Artificial Intelligence Developer. In this position, you will design, develop, and refine AI algorithms and models, implement machine-learning techniques such as neural networks and pattern recognition, and build solutions tailored to the specific needs of the surety market. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stay current with advancements in artificial intelligence, and integrate technologies such as Natural Language Processing into production‑grade software applications. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy applying AI to complex, industry‑specific challenges.

Requirements

  • Proficient English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of neural networks, pattern recognition, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and systems.
  • Experience in software development, including writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross‑functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as Azure or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience in the insurance, surety, or financial services sector is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, as permitted by law.
