This is a remote position. At Outsource Access, we help our internal product development and licensing teams bring world-renowned brands to life. We don’t just convert flat concepts into 3D files; we ensure every iconic design is meticulously crafted, flawless, and completely production-ready.

• Bringing Concepts to Life: You transform raw 2D layouts and design ideas into highly precise 3D models using Rhino, laying the vital digital foundation required for seamless physical manufacturing.
• Powering Iconic Global Brands: Your precision modeling directly drives high-profile licensing projects—including beloved properties like Tetris and Hello Kitty—ensuring global products meet world-class visual standards.
• Guaranteeing Production Excellence: By maintaining razor-sharp accuracy, structured version control, and strict adherence to technical specs, you ensure internal stakeholders have flawless design assets ready for rollout with zero guesswork.
• Mastering Your Craft: Operating as our dedicated internal specialist, you dedicate 99% of your time to pure 3D modeling and product visualization, completely free from the distractions of external marketing tasks or client-facing management.

• A Rhino 3D Virtuoso: You live and breathe Rhino software and possess an outstanding portfolio that showcases your deep understanding of industrial design, product visualization, and manufacturing readiness.
• An Independent Maker: You are self-motivated and have the grit to manage complex modeling workflows independently, taking immense pride in keeping your files organized and your output consistently top-tier.
• A Collaborative Communicator: Even though you thrive autonomously, you proactively coordinate with internal teams to align on feedback, execute swift revisions, and ensure every technical detail hits the mark.
• Tech-Savvy: Alongside your core mastery of Rhino, you comfortably navigate basic Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) to handle occasional catalog updates and integrate seamlessly into our internal digital workflows.
