As a consultant, you will:

• Analyze client workflows to identify improvement opportunities and customize Zoho solutions for optimal efficiency.
• Lead the entire Zoho implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition from design and development to testing and deployment.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through every step and providing clear communication, expert training, and ongoing support.
• Leverage innovative thinking to create custom workflows, reports, and automations tailored to client needs.
• Embrace agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with 4-8 years of relevant experience, possessing:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage clients.
• Ability to lead the entire Zoho implementation lifecycle from needs analysis to training.
• Experience in crafting personalized configurations and automations to optimize workflows.
• Project management skills ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Capability to mentor and develop a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Strong relationship-building skills to cultivate trust with clients.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated in the evolving tech landscape.

Additionally, specific technical skills required are:

• Expertise in implementing, customizing, and managing Zoho’s suite (CRM, Desk, Books, People, Creator, etc.).
• Proficiency in writing custom Deluge functions and JavaScript.
• Ability to create flowcharts using tools like Miro, Draw.io, and LucidChart.
• Problem-solving skills to navigate APIs and fix bugs.
