Job Description

CBOSIT Technologies is seeking a Zoho Implementation Specialist to join our team of Business Consultants. This role requires a skilled and innovative candidate who is confident in process re-engineering and has expertise in the latest technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and an innovative mindset. As part of our agile, customer-focused team, you will play a key role in building impactful digital platforms that help businesses grow and thrive.

As a Zoho Implementation Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing client workflows to identify improvement opportunities and implementing tailored Zoho solutions for maximum efficiency.
• Leading the entire Zoho implementation lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.
• Providing clear communication, expert training, and ongoing support to clients to optimize their Zoho experience.
• Creating custom workflows, reports, and automations that enhance client solutions.
• Collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment using Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

You’re a perfect fit for this role if you have 1-3 years of the following:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging clients and explaining complex concepts.
• Experience in analyzing, re-engineering, and optimizing business workflows.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve roadblocks.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies with an agile mindset.
• Deep understanding of core Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho People.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and customization of Zoho products.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Tech Prowess Required

• Expertise in implementing, customizing, and managing various Zoho applications.
• Proficiency in writing custom Deluge functions and utilizing JavaScript.
• Ability to create flowcharts using tools such as Miro, Draw.io, and LucidChart.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for fixing bugs and navigating APIs.
