Job Description

Evermore Sound is looking to connect with experienced freelance audio engineers in the Orlando area. We are especially interested in engineers with strong experience in pop, rock, acoustic, country, metal, and related genres. This is a freelance position with no guaranteed hours. When the right project comes in and your experience is a good fit, we may bring you in as a freelance engineer for Evermore Sound client sessions. We also seek a mutually beneficial relationship where qualified engineers can bring their own clients into a professional studio environment. In addition, we expect engineers to rent the studio for their client sessions when appropriate. This could be an excellent opportunity for an engineer who already has clients but desires access to a professional studio, high-quality rooms, and a more polished recording environment.

Requirements

Ideal candidate:

• Experienced recording engineer
• Comfortable working with bands, artists, and singer-songwriters
• Strong communication and client skills
• Reliable, professional, and easy to work with
• Able to bring some of their own clients into the studio
• Experience in pop, rock, acoustic, country, metal, or similar genres

Compensation:

• Freelance / project-based
• No guaranteed hours
• Studio rental opportunities available for your own client sessions
