Job Description

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and more, built on a culture of fun and community service. We are committed to excellence in our products and the experience we provide to our customers and team members. The position is for Media Pros who will represent our brand and achieve high-quality results in the media captured. The role offers flexible hours with the potential to increase photography and media experience. Media Pros can capture up to 4 properties a day, each taking 40-90 minutes. Hired as part-time independent contractors, Media Pros will be paid on a per-service basis and receive additional compensation for extended travel. They are responsible for capturing and uploading media, while NDP manages the rest of the process.

Experience

We are seeking experienced photographers and videographers. While real estate photography experience is not required, all Media Pros will be fully trained on NDP’s product offerings.

Other Requirements

To establish a close-knit local team to serve our real estate clients, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Professionally interact with clients and homeowners.
• Arrive on time to scheduled shoots at various locations.
• Dress professionally while on the job.
• Upload media before 9 PM on the day of the shoot.
• Maintain a flexible schedule.
• Keep a Google calendar with up-to-date availability.
• Drive for up to 30-40% of the workday.
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards consistently to provide high-quality results.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the shoot.
• Regularly communicate with the Local Owner and clients via email, text, and phone.
• Study and test to obtain Part 107 certification for commercial drone flying.
• Receive regular feedback/training on NDP standards of quality and professionalism.

Equipment List

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment to complete photography shoots (all other equipment needed will be supplied by the local owner):

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera and a Wide-Angle Lens, such as:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm Lens OR
• Full Frame sensor camera with 16-35mm Lens.
• External (off-camera) flash.
• Tripod and ball head attachment.
• Reliable transportation.
• High-Speed Internet.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $41.00 per hour
