Job Description

We are a growing plastic surgery practice in NYC looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to help grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who understands aesthetic content, is comfortable filming in a medical setting, and knows how to create engaging, high performing videos that attract new patients.

Responsibilities

• Create and film content in office (before and afters, behind the scenes, procedure prep, educational videos).
• Edit short form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Develop content ideas and trends relevant to plastic surgery and aesthetics.
• Post consistently and optimize content for engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with the doctor and team on content strategy.

Requirements

• Experience managing or growing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
• Understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Comfortable filming in a clinical environment.
• NYC based and available to come into the office.

Preferred

• Experience working with plastic surgery, med spa, or aesthetic brands.
• Portfolio or examples of previous work.
