Job Description

As the Creative Director at Tote + Pears, you will build brands and run campaigns that address significant societal issues, such as supporting caregivers and navigating societal divides. You will guide a global team of creative thinkers and be involved in various projects, from establishing brand identities to leading impactful campaigns, like those promoting women athletes ahead of the 2028 Olympics.

Requirements

• Ten or more years of experience leading creative work, either in-house or at an agency.
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of work in brand identity, campaigns, content, and digital.
• Experience managing creative teams and ensuring the quality of work produced.
• Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting, defending, and evolving ideas.
• Experience working with clients in sports, healthcare, tech, or social impact is a plus.
