Digital Marketer is needed in Mexico, Mexico.

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative-minded Media Creative Analyst to join our team at Jellyfish. This role is designed to bridge the gap between media performance and creative production by dissecting creative performance data and translating those insights into actionable strategies for our creative and media teams. You will collaborate closely with the Creative/Pencil Lead and Media Buyers, analyzing creative assets across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to identify patterns and provide data-driven recommendations. Responsibilities include developing reporting dashboards, leading creative testing frameworks (A/B and multivariate testing), and fostering cross-functional collaboration to align creative efforts with media buying strategies. Proficiency with data analysis tools, paid social and programmatic ad platforms, and AI-driven creative tools is desired, as well as a strong ability to communicate clear insights to non-technical stakeholders. You will join a team that values innovation and measurable results.
