Job Description

Hiring a Creative, Self-Directed Content Creator to OWN Our Findlay Real Estate Social Media! Local real estate team is looking for an upbeat, energetic Content Creator who will take full creative control of our social media. This is NOT a “just follow directions” role. You will come up with all the ideas yourself, build the strategy, and direct the Realtors on exactly what to film, how to act on camera, and what to say. We want minimal input from us on content – that’s your job!

Requirements

You’re the perfect fit if you:

• Fun, positive, bubbly personality
• Love taking full ownership and running with creative ideas (no micromanaging here!)
• Have strong video creation/editing skills and experience managing entire social accounts
• Are comfortable directing others on camera and in the field
• Live in Findlay or surrounding areas (Benton Ridge, Toledo, Bowling Green, Lima, etc.) so you can easily film on location
• Can show a portfolio of your own original content ideas that performed well

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities (you run the show):

• Brainstorm and create original, eye-catching content ideas tailored to the Findlay market and Northwest Ohio real estate (property tours, neighborhood highlights, market updates, client stories, local lifestyle angles, trending hooks – whatever you think will stop the scroll)
• Direct the real estate team – schedule shoots, tell the Realtors precisely what to do, how to present listings, and how to bring your vision to life
• Produce high-quality, professional videos, Reels, Stories, carousels, and posts
• Handle full posting, scheduling, and engagement across ALL platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and any others you recommend)
• Track performance, analyze what’s working, and keep innovating with fresh ideas to grow followers and generate buyer/seller leads

Details

• Part-time (10–20 hours/week) – very flexible around school or other commitments
• Paid hourly ($23–28/hr, depending on experience and strength of your portfolio)
• Start with a quick paid trial project so we can see your ideas in action
• Mix of remote planning + on-site filming in the Findlay area
